Product description
Our SW64-4 loft ladder is made to measure according to your preferred specification. This complete solution features a 64 mm solid trapdoor with super EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulation, giving it a low U-value of 0.77 W/m²* K. Tested as a building component.

The casing is robust pine, 19 - 80 cm high. The 3-part ladder has a width of 35.8 cm and is finished with black plastic feet to protect the floor. DOLLE SW64-4 is a craftsman-quality loft ladder with excellent insulation values that can be installed quickly and easily with white plastic architraves included.
INCREASE YOUR SAFETY – OPTIONAL ADD-ON CYLINDER LOCK
DOLLE SW64-4 can be prepared for locking, if you need to be able to lock your loft ladder e.g., if it is installed in a common or public area. Then add the lock house below. A the corresponding cylinder lock to complete the locking system. Our cylinder lock is a drop-shaped one-sided 30.5 mm profile cylinder. The cylinder is a one-sided profile cylinder, allowing the loft ladder to be locked from the outside. The separately purchased cylinder lock allows programming the same key for the loft ladder, external door, mailbox, etc.
To add more safety when walking the ladder, a red handrail can be attached to the ladder please select it below (the casing width of the loft ladder must be over 57.6 cm).
Casing height up to 80 cm.
It is possible to design the Made-to-measure loft ladder with a casing height of up to 80 cm. Casing heights over 36 cm are fitted with an extra tread in the casing. If the casing height is above 65 cm, 2 treads must be installed to comply with building regulations. The casing is white primed plywood.
