Product description
DOLLE REI 45 is a fire-resistant loft ladder with fire resistance of 45 minutes according to European standard 13501-2. The trapdoor is insulated with 50 mm rockwool non-combustible water-repellent stone wool. The loft ladder has an attractive finish where the hinges are concealed, and the trapdoor is a white HDF board complete with a locking mechanism.
The DOLLE REI 45 loft ladder comes with white painted architraves that are cut to size and ready to install. The Made-to-Measure loft ladder is made in of quality raw materials, other feature includes, non-slip plastic feet and the main ladder is made of pine wood with 12-14 solid non-slip beech treads. The casing has a rebated bottom edge and sealing strips to prevent heat loss. Supplied with white-painted mouldings cut to size and ready to install. The U-value is 0.96 W/m2*K.
The Fire-resistant loft ladder can be manufactured in all sizes with a length of 112 cm (depending on the desired ceiling height) to 160 cm. The opening width can be manufactured from 50 to 80 cm. However, the dimensions (L x W) of the ceiling strip cannot exceed 1.13 m2. It is not possible to add extensions to Made-to-measure loft ladders.
Casing height up to 80 cm.
It is possible to design the Made-to-measure loft ladder with a casing height of up to 80 cm. Casing heights over 36 cm are fitted with an extra tread in the casing. If the casing height is above 65 cm, 2 treads must be installed to comply with building regulations. The casing is white primed plywood.
