The DOLLE REI 60 vario has a concertina ladder made of aluminum profiles that can be ordered with 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 treads. With 14 treads, it reaches a maximum ceiling height of 422 cm. If opening size measurements does not fit your needs - go to made to measure loft ladder REI 60. Here the loft ladder can be made to your measurements with 10 to 14 treads. The 11 cm deep and anti-slip treads offer safe and comfortable access. The concertina ladder can easily be extended and pushed together.
The 76 mm thick trapdoor of the DOLLE REI 60 vario is insulated with 70 mm rockwool plate, which is made of non-combustible, moisture and water-repellent Rockwool stone wool. This insulation not only withstand fire but also hold onto heat in winter and reduce heat efficiently in the living area during summer. The trapdoor is coated with a robust laminate CPL which is significantly more abrasion, scratch and impact-resistant than other surfaces. The secret lies in the top layer, which consists of melamine resin. It withstands light scratches as well as normal dirt, it's solvent and heat resistant, smudge-proof and easy to clean. The trapdoor fits discreetly into the ceiling and remains in pristine condition. The white CPL surface is UV-resistant and therefore maintains the bright white colour for a long time.
DOLLE REI 60 vario has a component-tested U-value of 0.94 W / m² · K, tested by Technological Institute.

The new European fire requirements are described from the loft ladders:
R (resistance) carrying capacity during fire.
E (integrity) ability to keep flames and gases out.
I (insulation) provides resistance to heat flow.
After the classification, the time period for which the loft ladder can withstand fire is indicated by the DOLLE REI 60 so that the fire-resistant loft ladders are fireproof for 60 minutes.
All loft ladders from DOLLE are tested in accordance with EN 14975.
