LOFT LADDER CLICKFIX® 76G VARIO FLUSH TO YOUR CEILING – 2 INSTALLATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE
DOLLE clickFIX® 76G vario can now also be installed flush to your ceiling. The DOLLE clickFIX® loft ladder comes with two options, one for flush installation integrated in the plaster board or a second option to use architraves that visually conceal the installation gap. Both options are designed to be simply attached to the casing for a seamless finish. The flush installation, here the plasterboards are placed directly against the profile mounted on the loft ladder casing, leaving only a narrow line visible when the plasterboard is mounted. This plasterboard profile makes the plasterboard strong and solid – keeping a beautiful finish forever.
The DOLLE clickFIX® Vario is a loft ladder with scissor ladder that can reach a loft height of up to 415 cm. In addition to the extended loft height, the clickFIX® Vario is designed to address the need for increased safety, easy ladder handling, and enhanced comfort when accessing this height. The scissor ladder, crafted from aluminium, is easy to extend and fold. For additional safety, the ladder features deep treads, ensuring both comfort and security. Add 2 VARIO telescopic handrails if they are to be installed on both sides of the ladder for extra safety and comfort.
Easy Installation all thanks to clickFIX® Technology
The patented click system on DOLLE's clickFIX® loft ladders allow the clickFIX® Vario to be easily installed with a few clicks, without the need for special tools. The loft ladder comprises three separate components: casing, ladder, and trapdoor. After mounting the casing and trapdoor, the ladder easily clicks onto the casing without using special tools, thanks to the patented click technology. The custom-sized loft ladder offers an extra-high casing of up to 80 cm, making it possible to install the loft ladder in lofts with thicker insulation. The casing height is adjusted using the design tool on the page. A casing height over 36 cm is mounted with an extra tread in the casing. If the casing height is over 65 cm, 2 treads must be installed to comply with building regulations.
The trapdoor is made of white-laminated plywood, and the scissor ladder is made of anodized aluminium. The casing is white-primed plywood.
The 76 mm thick trapdoor of clickFIX® Vario effectively retains heat. DOLLE clickFIX® Vario has a tested U-value of 0.49 W/m2*K.
All models are equipped with a vapor barrier made of TwinActive foil, contributing to optimal heat insulation and reducing the risk of condensation and potential mould formation.
The difference between ceiling opening and casing dimensions?
We use the term " ceiling opening ". The term refers to the size of the opening in the ceiling where the loft ladder will be placed.
The casing dimensions are the length and width of the casing of the loft ladder.
Our loft ladders are produced 2.5 cm smaller than the hole size you order, this ensures that there is a gap for the loft ladder to be installed.
